“The initial sign up was dealt with in a very friendly and professional manner, i was very impressed as was fed up dealing directly with the telephone service providers directly. We took out 2 mobile phone contracts, plus a VOIP landline and broadband. Customer service is always polite, and the phone call is answered very quickly. As soon as a problem arises, they do not want to deal with it. We have been promised on a daily basis that calls would be returned and emails sent but nothing. We are looking into breaking the contract due to non performance. Avoid this company unless you can guarantee not needing any help during your contract.”
