“I order one miner S23 Hyd and I see in the dashboard it is still processing, not yet installed. I was a bit wondering why it take longer because i expect maybe faster. I contact suport and they explain me the situation, about processing and installtion queue. they answer quite fast and give clear information so I understand better. now i just wait but overall experience is still good, communication is strong and they keep things clear, i think once installed everything will run fine.”

“I had a couple of questions at the start, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from support based on past experiences with other platforms. Usually, you either get rushed replies or copy-paste answers that don’t really help. In this case, it was actually different. The support team took their time to explain things properly, step by step, without making it feel like I was just another ticket they needed to close. Michaela spend more than 10mins conversation with me through phone to explain everything and she apologize to keep me waiting. That alone already sets them apart.
That said, I do think this should be the standard, not the exception. In a space like this where people are dealing with real money, clear and patient communication shouldn’t feel like a bonus it should be expected im happy to spend another dollar with this company if the support team really give their best service like this.
Still, I’ll give credit where it’s due. They didn’t ignore my concerns, didn’t rush the conversation, and made sure I actually understood what was going on. It made the whole experience a lot less stressful and a lot easier to deal with. Thnx alot!”

“It works, no doubt about that. But there are moments where things feel a bit slow or unclear. Not a bad experience overall, just feels like it could be better in some areas. I tried to check out a new miner but im getting error 500 and anytime i refresh it, it takes me back to start its irritating
customer support assist me and since im already pissed off but i stil want to continue checking out i ask her to checkout the miner for me and so she did. i apologize for being irritated lol this must be sign of aging but anyway overall they are good at communicating esp. the support agent on WA and live chat on website”
