“had a bit of delay on one withdrawal and I was like what's going on here. reached out to support and they told me I had one installment overdue that I forgot abt lol. once i fixed that, everything started moving again, live chat support helped me go through with the finance team about the withdrawal, they we're pretty helfull, easy to deal with too.
