What helped me is that when I was scrolling to the miner description, there was a calculator indicating the estimated profit of the machine, so I had to tweak the calculator a bit to see my actual profit for this machine. This absolutely helped me understand that gross revenue and the energy fee deduction before buying. I chose the Nigeria hosting site, hoping this mahcine gives good results. Wel.. it still got delayed by about 3 days.
Not exactly what I expected after paying the additional fee. That said, I reached out to support and to their credit they didnt ignore it or give a generic response. They acknowledge the delay and inconvenience and actually I am surprise that they are explaining to me and I see that the feedback on other review site is not real. They refunded the 50% of the priority fee back to my energy and fee wallet.
It wasnt perfect, didnt match my expectation but atleast they owned the issue and made an effort to resolve it. Could be smoother hoping next purchase the 48hours will be executed properly not just false hopes.”

“I recently experienced a delay with my withdrawal, which initially caused some concern. The transaction didn’t go through as quickly as expected, and there wasn’t immediate clarity on the status.
I reached out to support, and while it took some time, Michaela and she said the internal team they were able to investigate the issue and provide a clear explanation. This lady told me that the withdrawal may take some time due to security purposes which makes sense (I will not tell the whole explantion)
