“Order time and turnaround was good and products were delivered next working day, however what I received contained the wrong product that was cheaper than what I had ordered. When I contacted them via email about the mistake, I’d not had a single response until now which happened to be an automated message telling me to review them. Will update this review if the situation is resolved”

“I have been using OSUK for quite some time now. Every single order has gone without a hitch, zero problems. Can pop and order in on one day and it will be with me the following day or the day after. Communications are brilliant also. Needed a product in quite a quick time IE next day and it was a Saturday - contacted them, explained my last minute situation and products required. All products were in stock, order got put in and paid for. Back and forth on the emails and messages to confirm this / that and the next morning a guaranteed Saturday delivery was at my door. I could not and cannot fault them one bit. FULLY FULLY recommend.”
