“I am still awaiting for the final decision, also the system is not well designed in terms of accepting application forms, I have tried 2 twice to be accepted and still awaiting for the result. The system is not so effective as was described. Despite the fact that I was working for over 7 years within Government Institution-Home Office.”

“I've never heard of this company but they were able to take nearly £70 pounds of my tax rebate leaving me with £32 pounds which they sent in a check. So underhanded. I never signed anything. I would have felt better if I was held up and the money was taken by force. Avoid and reiterate in writing to HMRC that under no circumstances is this to have access to your money. I'm fuming😠😠😠😠😠AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE”

“It was great to get the refund but can’t believe how much you take as it said on HMRC I was getting one figure yet it was near on two hundred pounds less so not that good”

“I was very pleased to receive my tax rebate, this was only coloured by the fact that I had to pay £10 out of the monies for it to be sent to me in a cheque ( Did not request this) and the fact that I was taxed on my tax rebate!!!!”
