I just cannot believe how bad their customer service has been even when they admitted it was their “mistake”.

Placed an order , and was told delivery date and time waited all day no delivery, when I called up it took them another day and a bit to give an excuse that it hadn’t been loaded , and then said it should be back out in 5 days or so, no apology, no real care or genuine compassion, and now I am still awaiting a refund. Terrible service , stick to the little high street shops much more reliable and caring

ordered and paid for carpets off Online Carpets after i paid for the carpet i was sent an email telling me they do not have the carpet in stock so i asked for a refund they said they would process a refund and i would get it within 24-48 hours so i waited but nothing materialised so i phoned them a few times and emailed them asking where my refund as they said it was sent out on the 20th of november
by this time it was the 23rd of november and still no sign of my refund so i phoned paypal up and they said there is no record of any refund even sent out on the 20th so i sent Online Carpets another email asking where my refund was as i contacted paypal and told them they never had any records of the refund so i opened up a dispute with paypal and then i got a partial refund i originally paid £477.

They won’t refund me until I send these back ! Fingers crossed I get one! Also no offers of good will ! I explained I called a fitter out twice and wasted his time plus I’m left with the chaos of furniture scattered all over house, two 4m carpets getting in my way and no carpet !! I’ll not be using this company again.

Paid £15 for a saturday delivery as I could not get off work...sorry say Online Carpets customer service on the saturday it's not coming until monday..I'm at work monday oh well say Online Carpets try again for following saturday.. really..christmas with bare floors!! And an attitude that doesn't care..so refund and I will take my business elsewhere ..no bleeding stars im livid!
