“I have been having Therapy with them for a few months now and it has really benefited my day to day life! I have chosen the Low-Cost Therapy Service. The qualified therapist has completed my initial consultation and then I was assigned to a Newly Qualified Counsellor Kate, which has been great. Rather than bottling things up, I have been able to talk them through, which has been very helpful 🙂 Thank you for all your help!”

“I am a trainee counsellor on the first year of my diploma. Online Therapy UK have been an excellent first placement. There was training provided, as well as a step by step guide and policies and procedures. There are placement check ins with the placement manager, who is approachable and knowledgeable. I have been offered clients who I feel I can help, which is empowering and rewarding. The placement coordinator is also brilliant. Highly recommended.”

“I have found them Really helpful, they contacted me shortly after I made an enquiry, and set me up with a great therapist, who I find it easy to talk to. They are an affordable counselling service which is so important. I feel a change in how I’ve been feeling, and even though I have a long way to go, I am glad I took the steps to get some help. They made the process very simple from day one, and they have a range of therapists to suit your specific needs.”

“My therapist made me feel very comfortable from the start (even though I was apprehensive about seeking therapy at first and I probably didn't make it very easy for her!) I really enjoyed our weekly sessions as they made me feel more grounded in my everyday life. Thanks to the safe space my therapist offered, I have been able to deal with my issues as they arose rather than bottling things up.”

“I've worked with Becky since Spring 2022. She has been one of the most compassionate and understanding practitioner I've ever worked with. She has made me feel heard and seen, and l was able to share some of my deepest struggles with her. I'm also so grateful for the low cost session option. It has enabled me to work on my mental health in a steady and affordable way. I feel like my mental health has never been better and the best choice of 2022 was to start counselling.”

“Starting therapy wasn't an easy decision for me, but my Counsellor has been very approachable and accommodating, which made me feel at ease straight away! I really enjoyed having a safe environment where I could share my experiences without the fear of judgement or being a burden.”
