“Delivery was slower than specified on the website which was most likely because I ordered around the time of Black Friday, but communication was good - I contacted them a few times and would usually get a reponse on the same day that I emailed them. Item was delivered in good condition.”

“I ordered and received an acknowledgement of the purchase of two identical Christmas gifts; one one arrived. The delivery note only identified one item as ordered, so I had to raise a online query ticket as there was no telephone number available. I duly received a reply which stated that my query was being passed to 'the warehouse' for resolution. I received confirmation that they had made an error and eventually received the second item. Both items, although small, were dispatched in over large boxes with ridiculous amounts of packaging; perhaps OnlyHome should look at their green credentials.”

“I would like to review the Customer Satisfaction Team, especially a lady called Holly Grahame. I had a delivery issue and she worked very hard in solving the problem for me and kept me informed at every step. Sadly in this case I had to get a refund but this would not stop me using Only Home in the future.”
