“I bought an item for a Christmas present and was given a delivery date. I didn’t hear anything until the item was delivered so was pretty worried but it did arrive on the delivery date”

“Delivery was slower than specified on the website which was most likely because I ordered around the time of Black Friday, but communication was good - I contacted them a few times and would usually get a reponse on the same day that I emailed them. Item was delivered in good condition.”
