“Some of the reviews are off-putting but having read a few I felt that the general consensus was that the quality was good but timelines for expected delivery were often pushed. Having received my order I can say both myself and Husband are extremely pleased with the build quality of the furniture, we weren’t desperate for the unit so didn’t mind when the delivery date was moved a few weeks later. Will definitely use again.”

Hi Eleanor, we are working hard with all our sellers to ensure that, in the rare cases where an item is delayed, the delay is kept to a minimum and that we keep our customers updated. We ship most of our orders out on time but in the current climate, there are occasions when items do get delayed but I hope the team here kept you updated. Most importantly though, its always great to hear you are happy with your order from us.

“Would like to say thoroughly impressed i ordered this mirror first from another company it arrived damaged and very badly packed twice then after complaining was told they couldnt send another. I chose tobuy from you and although slightly more expensive arrived in one pice on time and well packaged to prevent breakages .Many thanks will use you again.”

“Firstly, my order arrived incredibly quickly and was packaged excellently to ensure item safety. One of the items was not the specific one I ordered (same design/subject, different material and quantity) but I actually better liked what they sent than me original order. After contacting them to inform them they apologised but were pleased to hear I liked the items and allowed me to keep the items they sent even though they were actually slightly more expensive. Great shopping experience and customer service, will be buying more!”
