“ I am within my 14 day cooling off period so I emailed requesting a refund of my deposit. ”

“ After asking on social media 4/8 people that have used Optical Express have said their laser has not worked and 1 person said there’s stoped working within the year, after going to another clinic and them advising to not have laser again - Optical Express would not refund her as she wouldn’t have the surgery. ”
