I am within my 14 day cooling off period so I emailed requesting a refund of my deposit.

Ordered 5 days ago, never turned up. Contacted Optical Express and have had no word from them other than an automated response. Terrible service. I would like a full refund now!

Reading glasses ordered and delivered to shop 2 weeks + ago. They were not correct so I was offered a retest or refund. I choose the refund. I phoned 2 days ago and was told refund would be in my bank today. No refund so I phoned and as usual the advisor couldn't advise what the problem was and said someone would call. As expected no call. Just the same as all the rest. Just don't care.

After asking on social media 4/8 people that have used Optical Express have said their laser has not worked and 1 person said there’s stoped working within the year, after going to another clinic and them advising to not have laser again - Optical Express would not refund her as she wouldn’t have the surgery.

Surgeon elected to not do my surgery due to my eyesight being too good, getting a refund is now proving to be difficult.

They would not refund me, or provide any explanation, even though their head office and local store confirmed they were cancelled and that my address had been changed.

Why on earth would I go ahead, the second option needs a lot more planning in place, you can’t drive for 2 weeks for a start off never mind look after my little boy while I eye would be throbbing for 2 weeks! Absolute waste of my time and now got to also wait 28 days for my refund! Clearly got sold the dream at the consultation.
