Express delivery should have arrived by the 8th of December at the latest but their new estimated delivery date is between the 12th and 13th. “My mother passed away two weeks ago, yesterday, day before the funeral I find out that the cards were returned and destroyed, they said because of wrong address, the address was correct so they then blamed it on the courier. They offered to reship at no cost but did not have expedited shipping! I waited for 15 minutes and customer support came back and said they’ve refunded my money because they are out of stock and offered up no other solution. You mean you are a card provider and you have no card stock? I went back online , looked at there site and I was able to input again exactly what I had before and they offer expedited shipping. If you are out of stock don’t you put that in the website. The shipping was $50 so my best guess is they just didn’t want to offer me any kind of customer service. Our family was planning on getting together today after the funeral to get all the cards completed. Thanks Optimaprint for making one of the hardest times in our life even more difficult! Absolutely do not take a chance on using this company! I’d like to add a photo but I have nothing to take a picture of! By the way I got no notification these were returned I had to look into it myself and they had two weeks from order date. They do not have a phone number to call so you need to chat with them.”

Referring this to my bank now to investigate as payment taken but no product. Totally do not recommend this company and may as well say goodbye to any communication from optimal print just get repeated AI messages.”

Thought this was quite a simple ask. Spent an hour on live chat to one person (EJ) who was very rude and didn’t help at all and then spoke with an EdenBeth who just ignored me the whole time and also didn’t help. Still not had the issue resolved and need it sorted asap. No one seems to want to help with a simple query awful customer service. What a shame won’t be using them again after having placed a few orders recently.”
