Tracking an order is non-existent on the website. The status says complete and there is no way you can see the delivery date, or where the order is. I had to create an IT ticket only to find out that the order is being shipped by Alcon and there is no tracking info available, or when the order will be shipped. Then suddenly it was delivered without any notice. I will not order again unless tracking is available.
