“I had the worst shopping experience ever with Ordinaree. After exchanging a dress, the replacement they sent was in terrible condition. The dress was unstitched from multiple sides, looking like a used rag rather than a new item. They also failed to apply the 10% discount they promised for the exchanged item. When I contacted customer service, they were completely useless and refused to help.
To make matters worse, they demanded that I pay the delivery charges to return the defective dress. This created a frustrating and endless loop with no resolution in sight. Fed up with their pathetic service and broken promises, I decided not to exchange the dress again and am now stuck with a worthless piece of fabric. Ordinaree is a scam and a waste of time and money. Save yourself the headache and avoid this store at all costs!”
“Please do not buy any products from ordinaree! They are the worst clothes if in case by mistake a water spills on your dress the dress leaves a black stain on and never goes off ! Even when you say your concern to the customer support they do not take any action and just give lame answers like it’s not our fault and cannot be changed ! All the clothes are made of low dye and just fades of if any water spilled and leaves a black stain on the clothes ! FRAUD !!!! Please do not buy from this brand !!”

“The most pathetic page I ever visited. So, I ordered a dress from them which was already used( the dress was restitched and the stitching marks were still visible), half torn and no label so when I talked to customer care regarding the issue they asked me to send the dress so that they can resend new one and I was ok with that but later on they started fighting with me for courier charger as if it was my fault that I have to bear the charges besides the dress that they resent me was the same they sent me before i.e. stitching issues sorted but still torn. They were just horrble with service!”
