“I ordered Samba Shoes from them and the item never came. After email and emails with a response they would arrive in 10 - 15 days they never did. There was an AI bot answering all the emails. I file a dispute with my credit card company currently
waiting on a resolution. Do not order from them its a scam!!!”
“This company is full of💩!!! The order took almost a month to arrive and when it did they sent the WRONG size. I informed them (via email...the ONLY way to contact them) and inqired about a refund. They came back w/a 50% offer. I disputed this with AFFIRM and they sided with Originals US! NEVER EVER AGAIN. If I could give them 0 stars I would!!!”
