“What a lot of rubbish. Totally useless. Mask does not fit, has no elastic on the ears loops, does not stay on the face, and quality of material poor. Added to this, I ordered 2 masks separately (only allowed one per order) was charged for 2 postage and packing but both masks came in the same envelop ,,, I asked myself if this is a scam..... one star is too much but there is no lower option !!”

“Waited over two months for this face mask why keep taking orders & money when you do not have any to send. Mine arrived today it's absolutely useless, no elastic or stretch so it just pins off your ears immediately. Total waste of time and money.”

“ordered a face mask through the daily mail offer in July. Its now over a month and still not had it. Just another email saying delayed. Two months for a face mask! covid will be over by the time i get it.”

“I ordered the free face mask from the daily mail waited a month only for it to be so small that unable to use . Would probably fit a young teenager and thats it . Really dissapointed . Sorry !!”

“there was an offer for a Orla Kiely face mask in July 18 Daily Mail. it stated one had to claim by Friday July 24. Today is Thurs 23 July-I've tried to claim,and am being told my unique numbers from the paper are out of date. what a con.”

“Dreadful experience ordering - thought it was a scam site due to payment problems. Customer Service answer was OK, but basically said they were unaware of problems. It did at least assure me that the site was not a scam. What didn't reassure me was the delivery. Almost a week, and I never received any delivery advice unprompted. The Order Status on their website is sadly lacking. Will not be ordering from them again, and would caution any other potential purchasers from buying direct. You would be better off trying to find their (excellent) products on another eCommerce platform in my opinion.”
