“I purchased a pair of gift wrapped earrings as part of my wife’s Christmas present. Whenever they were opened on Christmas morning, it was discovered that one of the backs was completely broken off and the other was damaged. Such a disappointment We certainly will not be purchasing anything from this company in the future. Correspondence with the company, wasn’t exactly good customer service. We had to return the product at our own cost and they were not replaced with a new product, but are being repaired. Absolutely ridiculous”
