“I didn't like that the shipping price was not included or stated on the price, or the price was not shown in my local currency. So having worked out the cost in GBP, compared to other options available and thinking it compared favourably, I then got hit with a sudden, not small, hike in price when I went to checkout (I recently purchased from Purrfect fence, which ships from the US, but had prices shown in GBP and shipping was clearly stated (as £0) (I intend to use a combination of both types of cat barriers to keep my little ones safe, for various reasons)). Because of this extra 'hidden' cost added on, I felt a little misled. (I did also look for coupons or offers you provide, only to find none seemed to apply to the UK, so felt more penalised as a result.) All of this may make me reluctant to add further Oscillot barriers (my budget means I'm trying to tackle the main problem 'escape' routes first).”

“I've requested a refund and still have not received a response. This is very frustrating considering the small window consumers are given (30 days from the time of invoice, not arrival of the product), doubled by the high cost of this product. Edit: There were special circumstances that caused the late response. I imagine their response time is generally fast. I would just recommend to Oscillot that they re-evaluate their return policy to be a little more fair to the consumer.”

“The shipping cost was way too high. When Amazon ships most anything for free, $27 shipping for one 4' unit is too much.”

“The site is excellent, but it took a very long time to get a response to phone and email enquiries. I understand it was during the Christmas period, but there was nothing to indicate that no-one would respond until the new year. I had started to look for alternative suppliers. Perhaps a message on the voicemail and email systems in the future? It looks like an excellent product.”

“Tracking requires the use of a 3rd party app. After installing it requires access to my emails (which I'm not stupid enough to grant!) Even then it only allows Outlook and Gmail which I'm not necessarily using. Tracking is therefore useless. Also this review is sent to Trustpilot which has been show to full of fake reviews.”

“The idea is not bad and for two of our cats the oscillot system works. But our Houdini, for whom we bought the oscillot and spent a lot of money and time to install the fence, knows how to escape. He uses the little black posts between the rolls to hold himself and then jumps outside. The company now sent me an idea, how to fix the problem. We gonna try this.”

“It was ok however I found it difficult to find exactly where to buy it and was unable to find at the time where to purchase extra dual knuckles on the website.”

“I found it hard to order as I required extra pieces. I rang several times without response. Emails were not timely with days in between for responses. I do have the products now but haven't opened due to the handyman now not able to complete job for another 2 weeks. I do have the product which makes it worthwhile and I hope that it works Cheers Carol”
