“Checked your online order always. It happened to me when I order online. When I put all the item in the cart it's all on sale so I pay it through my paypal. But when I recieve the email reciept the price is different. The Tshirt that I order for $8 on sale, become $16. And some of the item, they add $1 on top of the price. So beware. I will not order online again.”

“Couldn't change delivery store pick up as one selected was wrong because order was "sent to be packed" it was not in transit. Didn't even want it cancelled just delivery location to be updated. When speaking to customer service the lady was uninterested and just kept repeating can't do anything sorry can't do anything sorry. When asked to speak to manager she placed me on hold and advised after coming back that manager is on a call can they call back. Just one manager per shift for whole osh kosh customer service base ? I love osh kosh clothing, my kids practically grew up in them but this service seriously makes me not ever wanna do an online order again. And I may just be one person out of millions but if this service is kept up it won't be just me.”

I'm at the register to pay, but the girl from the staff talk to the another girl from the staff and show up her piercings. no attention to me. “I bought a pair of winter boots for my son he wore them literally for a few hours and the stitching fell apart and I contacted customer service since the store bought it at said that they only do 90 days and I bought them before winter arrived to be ready after contacting customer service they said that a third party deals with warranty stuff since they are the ones that make and build it they just have a name on it. The third party contacted me and told me that they would exchange it which made me feel great but they didn't have my size I asked if I could have the amount of the replacement and go to my local store and buy a pair at that time they said that they wouldn't be able to help me out cuz I lost the receipt what would be the difference from them giving me a refund of the amount or exchanging it for a new pair?! I had an issue with a Columbia pair of boots that I bought 5 years ago and 5 days later I had a brand new pair.”

“I ordered a bulk of items as a gift and didn't receive an item. I called customer service and they would not priority ship the item nor give me store credit for the item so I could purchase it in-store. I am currently waiting on the item which is having to take 7 days to get here”

“I had a horrible experience with a customer service agent at phone number 1-877-333-0117. He was extremely rude. We were gifted an pair of boots that were bought online. They were too small and I was looking for clarification about how we can return them. He proceeded to tell me that he could do nothing to help and that I needed to go into a physical store to return the item. However, our stores are in full lockdown due to covid and when I brought that up, he basically told me that wasn't his problem. I wanted to speak to his manager but he claimed he doesn't have a manager. I asked to file a complaint and he claimed there was no way to file a complaint. I have never seen worse customer service, or return policy, in my life and plan to never shop here and plan to steer everyone and anyone away from this store if possible. Buyer beware!”

“I am bummed out! I was so excited to purchase OshKosh overalls for my daughter .. I purchased two pair of OshKosh overalls that we haven’t even had for a month and the clips have rusted. The rust from the clips have stained the overalls on the straps. Sadly, I won’t be purchasing anymore.”

“I'm from out of town and it was my first time shopping at OshKosh, in locust grove, ga. I didn't know my way around the store and honestly didn't know exactly what to look for when shopping for my nephew. One of the associates, if I remember correctly her name was Allison, came up and asked if I needed help looking for anything. She was so helpful on showing me the exact sizes and even styles. I ended up finding more then what intended to get. She was so sweet and generous, she even took the time to listen to my sob story for a min! It was nice to talk to someone like her! I would most definitely be shopping there again! Such cute clothes.”
