“DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.The owner does not take any responsibility for insurance claims. The lack of professionalism has been such a disappointment. Garret, the owner, completely stopped communicating with me after sending him a video of my watch being stolen from my front room. A quick follow up of, "hey, no luck with insurance, sorry," would've been sufficient, but his lack of communication to a customer means he shouldn't be in business and if anything goes wrong, he will not take responsibility. Don't do business with this tool and don't trust his business.”

Hi Andres, After we initiate a claim, we have no control over how they side on the claim. We notified you that we had sent the documents over.

“Watch ordered on March 19th. As of March 27th, it is still not showing as shipped. Customer service has been friendly, but not very helpful.”
