“This order from OutdoorGB was the first time that I had used the company. I bought a pair of Merrell Goretex trainers. The website was easy to navigate & find what I was looking for. They had a good selection of trainers with some really great offers. After placing my order I was kept up to date about its progress & my order arrived as promised, was well packaged & without damage.”

“Great replacement for my old one and a reasonable price. Well made. I had to hunt for the extra pocket and key holder mentioned on the instructions and then I realised that there were three not just two zipped sections like my old one.”

“Was a bit nervous about my purchase as I hadn't heard of Outdoor GB before. My order arrived really quickly, I returned for a different size, replacement also arrived quickly and being able to exchange rather than return and reorder was great. I had to return the 2nd item as one size too big and the other too small. 2nd return also went smoothly and I received my refund promptly. I had to contact them by phone which was answered quickly, not stuck in a queue and the person was really helpful. One of the best online shopping experiences I've had. Brilliant service from start to finish. Will definitely use them again.”
