“Super speedy service”

“Very good online service making choosing a suitable pair of walking boots possible when it was not possible to shop in store. I chose and returned 2 pairs before I found a satisfactory pair. Each pair was delivered promptly and the return made easy and free of charge. The price of the third pair I finally chose was more expensive and I paid the difference. There was a minor anomaly in OutdoorGB tried to charge me a higher price than the advertised cost when I made my order, but on my pointing it out they refunded the difference.”

“Having found this retailer by accident when looking for some new walking shoes, they are now my go-to first port of call for outdoor footwear. The prices are reasonable but improve if there is an offer. The brands range from cheaper brands to more expensive ones but they are all known names so you know what to expect. The communication on orders and despatch are good. I have now used Outdoor GB three times for footwear purchases for family and I have no hesitation in recommending them.”
