“I ordered a Snugpak Jungle Blanket and despite some delays the team handled it promptly and communicated well throughout. The delays were two fold, the first one caused by Royal Mail losing the original package and waiting for stock the supplier to arrange a replacement. Very pleased with the item and the sales team were on top of things throughout and made sure I was updated with any progress with the order.”
