“Fantastic service. I ordered a coat which arrived 2 days later. Unfortunately I had a problem with the zip. I had no access to a printer and was guided through the process by sales team. I ordered a replacement which took a couple of weeks to come through however I was given apologies and kept informed of delay. I received a replacement however I had the same issue with the zip. I contacted again to return. I felt bad about having to return again but the sales agent was very courteous and understanding and arranged another pre-paid return label. On receipt of the returned cost the sales agent advised of a refund into my account within 3-5 days. The refund was in my bank the next day. Highly recommend OutdoorGB/ExtremeGB. I would not hesitate to buy again. Thank you.”
