“I placed my order and that was an easy process. I found the price to very very competitive. It came within the allocated time period, and despite the flimsy packaging that ripped when forced through the letter box, there was only one pulled thread that my good lady wife managed to rectify”

“Prices are good and you receive discount vouchers when your item arrives. I just found the postage a bit non-sensical. One item was "standard" delivery estimating 1-2 days and another that I paid extra to have "express delivered estimated 2-6 days. It took five or six and arrived too late for its purpose so I'm not really sure what I paid extra for.”

“The purchase was a return swop for different size. Process was easy, phone operator polite and efficient. Downside was that delivery was via EVRI rather than Royal Mail. They delivered the parcel at nearly midnight to the wrong address which had a different post code to mine. Parcel was found after checking nearby properties.”

“Good price on the item. One point knocked off for their choice of courier who left an expensive sleeping bag on the doorstep without knocking. Their photo 'evidence' was of the front door and not of the actual item. However no complaints with Outdoor GB themselves.”
