“Would have been a 5* but unfortunately your courier let you down. They failed to deliver on the day they were supposed to and then simply sent it back to sender. Customer services were helpful though and sent another out straight away.”

“After trying out fleeces bought instore AND online, we found that this (Berghaus) fleece was exactly what our son wanted for his birthday. It needed to be warm! He received later than his birthday -- but through no fault of OutdoorGB. The order arrived in time as promised. He woeks outdoors a lot and is a key worker.”

“Bought a tent and it sustained quite significant wind damage on our first outing. Outdoor GB helped to contact manufacturers and they offered replacement or refund. In the end we went with refund. Had to wait in all day for couriers to collect. Then couriers lost our tent and the refund never materialised. As soon as I spotted, I emailed OutdoorGB and they apologised and refunded. Could have been easier but all you can ask is for problems to be resolved.”

“no issues dealing with customer service to arrange a return. although it does seem convoluted that for an exchange of items, you have to place the new order for the item being requested to then request a refund on item being exchanged.”

“I was pleased with the clothes but was expecting to pay the prices on the website, not VAT added afterwards which made them more expensive than first thought. I think this needs to be made clearer as it’s a bit false.”

“Wanted some hiking shoes as a birthday gift for OH. Found OutdoorGB pricing to be the most competitive, in comparison to other known online retailers. The delivery was prompt and I was kept informed about the status of my order throughout. As insurance, I ordered two different sizes to ensure a correct fit, later keeping the smaller size. The return process was straightforward with OH happy with his shoes. Overall a positive shopping experience and I'll definitely order again from OutdoorsGB.”

“I had ordered some walking shoes. Unfortunately they didn't suit my foot. I emailed the company and received very quickly a return form. The only quibble I have is that the return should be made via a standard tracked post service. This cost me £11.60!!! I have not heard yet if this will be fully reimbursed.”

“Good pair of trousers, I’m 5”10 and normally a 33” waist. Went for the large with the short leg and fit perfect. Unless you have long legs don’t buy the regular length! Good material and pockets a decent size.”
