“Outdoor gb have usually been an excellent company and as to date I have not experienced any concerns that would redirect my sales to other companies. The items are usually well packed and delivered quickly although some delay in delivery is not always attributed to the company but Royal Mail. I have not required to contact the team on this occasion but have previously to ask questions and clarify some points. This was completed with minimal delay and answered my queries. My item was well packed.”

“Delivered very quickly. Unfortunately they were too wide for me so reluctantly had to send back. The returns process was rather convoluted but once done they responded to say they had received the return and were processing it”
