“Purchased a Tilley hat for summer walks and unfortunately it did not fit on arrival. However, GB Outdoors offered free return postage and the correct sized hat was promptly re-delivered and I could not be happier. Tilley hats are great and I will not hesitate to use GB Outdoors again, it is a good company with excellent customer service and support.”

“Outdoor GB had just the product that I was looking for at a good price. Mountain Hardware Cloud Shadow Gloves. I’ve two pairs of an earlier version of this glove, they are excellent all-round gloves for the hills. Delivery was very prompt to Ireland. All the paperwork was perfectly organised by Outdoor GB so that I was able to easily pay customs and VAT charges here in Ireland while being exempt from UK VAT.”
