“All well apart from the delivery which was not their fault but the courier who tried to deliver 3 times and I was in on two of the attempts the third attempt I was not expecting because the courier told me it had gone back to sender?. They did go out of their way to let me know after contacting them when it would come within the hour so I could look out for them. So all was well in the end .”

“I passed up the chance to buy a Tilly hat in Canada a year or two back. Decided to buy one here and was astonished by the prices! These guys had them quite a lot cheaper. Only downside is that it arrived in a bag all squashed. However, it is a Tilly so a bit of reshaping and it’s back in shape.”
