“To be fair, everything with the company was fantastic, the website, ordering and the communication. What more can you ask for. The only process that let the whole experience down was Royal Mail’s service. Not Their issue but I am sure if I needed their help, they would have sorted Royal Mail out for me.”

“Bought a pair of Scarpa boots and despite being my normal size the boots were a narrow fitting. These were exchanged for the next size up which are perfect. OutdoorGB were brilliant and exchanged the boots quickly and without question.”
