“I purchased two pairs of excellently priced Berghaus walking shoes via the OutdoorGB eBay store. Both orders were delivered quickly via Click & Collect to a local pickup store. One of pairs turned out to have a manufacturing fault and were not waterproof so I called OutdoorGB to ask how to return. They explained the email based returns process which I followed and the shoes have been confirmed faulty, my return postage refunded and a replacement pair are on their way. Nice to have online transactions backed up by great customer service!”
