“Delivery of the first jacket I ordered was extremely prompt. I did however, order the incorrect size so returned this for a replacement. The item was sent on the Saturday and the replacement was with me by the following Tuesday ! Excellent customer service throughout and couldn't fault anything. Will definitely use OutdoorGB again.”
