“Having not received a confirmation of my order, I phoned customer service and no trace of my order could be found, even though the payment was pending on my account. I was advised to reorder and was told the pending payment wouldn't be taken. Unfortunately, it was and both orders turned up. It appears that my email address was incorrect, but they arranged a return and a refund. Overall, a great service and a great price for the product purchased.”
