“Ordered some waterproof gloves which turned out to be too small. Return process made very easy by the company, and whilst they could not provide an exact replacement, the item sent was as good and very acceptable. Buy with confidence!”

“Superb customer service. I purchased a duffle bag from GB Outdoors and unfortunately it wasn’t exactly what I needed. Nothing wrong with the product. Just didn’t suit my requirement. I returned it and within 10 minutes of the courier delivering it back, I’d received my refund. I would happily return to use them time and time again. Please pass on my gratitude”

“Would have been a 5* but unfortunately your courier let you down. They failed to deliver on the day they were supposed to and then simply sent it back to sender. Customer services were helpful though and sent another out straight away.”
