“They used to be a great company 10 years ago. But the customer support is slower than ever and sometimes they don't reply.
They will also delete the DNS of your site without asking and refuse to correct their error.
I no longer recommend them at all.”
“I have been with OVH for over 15 years purchasing bare bones servers and mostly windows licencees so I am in a privileged position to have known this company for a VERY long time.
Recently their customer service and care has become diabolical almost clinical, two of my servers are over 3 years old and I need them to urgently renew my server licences but continue to be ignored 4 days later!
it's a shame this company has sunk so low, once upon a time they were one of the best and the main reason I switched to them in the first place, looks like I have to start looking again.”
