“I have found this app informative and helpful. So much knowledge about the biology of ovulation to evidence why couples who are trying do the tasks, eat and exercise etc the way OC suggests. I know everyone is different biologically but I came off the pill in September this year and I conceived in Oct. I followed the app religiously read extensively, ate healthily and kept fit. I really didn’t expect it to happen that quick! Still find it difficult to check my cervix position though. The only point I would say needs to change on OC is the diet portions of food source and maybe to be more specific. Now that I have reported that I am pregnant the app appears to have given up on giving me handy tips and messages for this next part of the journey. It’s said congratulations but then still asks if I have taken a pregnancy or ovulation test lol! Overall great app. Made me feel like I wasn’t on this new and overwhelming journey alone. And as I like organisation it was a great way to keep track of all the key ingredients to make a baby.”
