Not only are the models great, with such an interesting range available, what really marks Oxford out is the quality of their customer service. I had an issue with a model that I'd bought some while back. I shared this with the team and without hesitation they replaced the model in question. I had not really expected this level of care. Quite outstanding!"

They took longer than expected to arrive due to Covid-19 pandemic, and when I emailed to check the status, I received a quick and helpful reply from Michaela, who assured me that they were sent out and would likely be effected by postal and shipping delays.
