Great, prompt friendly service and apart from the very rare minor inaccuracies* I find these models to be excellent replicas, and great value for money. I'd give them 5 stars out of 5. * Leyland Cub FK7 fire engine - Dash board upside down. Removed two screws, took out insides, turned dash board over and reassembled. Easy * Ford Popular 103E - Wiper layout wrong, Radiator grille wrong shape. Wipers polished off and correct location applied, Grille repainted. Therapeutic!! * Dennis RS fire engine South Yorkshire - Left hand side SY logo and SY coat of arms reverse (mirror) printed. Not a big deal in the scheme of things. Other 276 in my collection (yes, I'm a classic car nut!) are perfect

poor service, soon after purchasing the Steam Bundle 1/76 I was informed that it was 'out of stock'. However the item is still available to purchase and to add to basket on the website. Poor company, lame service, kidding their customers. A purchase on a credit card is instant, a refund takes up to 10 days, poor again. Not worth a 1 star in my opinion, dreadful company!

I have over 300 models from Oxford Diecast. The service has always been perfect with great communication and the quality of their models is great. I always look forward to Oxford Diecast new releases.

Have received emails informing me of new releases on several occasions as requested. Ordered said items immediately and received them via Royal Mail within days. Always great quality merchandise as well. 5 stars from me

It's a shame that folks here have had a rubbish experience with Oxford, as mine are only good! Not only are the models great, with such an interesting range available, what really marks Oxford out is the quality of their customer service. I had an issue with a model that I'd bought some while back. I shared this with the team and without hesitation they replaced the model in question. I had not really expected this level of care. Quite outstanding!

Bought three 1:76 scale land rovers from them . All came with glaring defects , no response from the people at the company . Missing paint , overspray , bodyshell detached from base , bubbling paint , misaligned wheels , and in some cases , the wrong paint is applied . Quality control is frankly shocking considering the price point . Good luck getting any response from these guys . The customer service is a complete slap in the face . Only buy these products in person if you must . Even then , you might not get one due to the sheer number of defective ones out there in comparison to the non-defect ones .

Models are superb my gripe is the smaller box for 1:43 scale the original boxes enhanced the appearance of the models I find this is a shame for such good quality models the display was spot on hopefully Oxford may have a rethink I understand costs but also compromise

Recently purchased E type 1/76 scale ( Donald Campbell model) new. dashboard was detached from interior and rattling around, Oxford di cast did not answer e-mail and fobbed me off on the phone and were absolutely no help at getting the product replaced, ended up drilling the rivets out and sticking it back with super glue and re- fitting myself, just because I could, and not purchase another

Use snail mail for delivery, don’t respond to emails. Very poor service, they need to update to the 21st. century! Ordered on the 10th., still not received 9 days later.

I ordered my items over 2 weeks ago, and I’ve had NO update on when I’ll receive. Called them and the lady was quite rude and impatient on the phone and said it should be with me in next couple of days but another 4 days has passed and not received anything yet.

My order arrived well packed and not damaged ,I spoke with the following staff Over the phone and they were Very Helpful, Billy .Gina, and Maggie.they helped me with a mistake I had made with my Order. THANKS TO ALL Ernie Baldwin P.S I live in Canada.

Item ordered was apparently "out of stock" but Oxford decided they didn't need to tell me this. They took my money and advised a 3-5 day lead time. Day 9 after order day I called customer services to enquire and was quite honestly shocked at the cavalier attitude and the sniggering. Ruined my gift to my nephew with no time to rectify. First and last time ordering from these clowns.

I put in an order and waited 7 days i rang them and lady was very rude I emailed them asking were my item was no reply eventually my item arrived. Like a fool I have ordered again from them 2nd chance still not arrived 7 days later so I emailed them again you got no reply my advise don't bother

Ordered a model, it came damaged, e mailed oxford diecast and they sent me a replacement which arrived in less than 24hrs and they said to keep the damaged model. Outstanding service

Order placed on 14/12/20. Confirmation email received immediately saying "...your order will be delivered within the lead time of 3-5 working days from despatch." Chased order on 22/12 to be told the item had only come into stock on 17/12, AFTER their guaranteed Christmas delivery date. As other reviewers have said, the item wasn't labelled as out of stock on their website and I had no communication from them to indicate this was the case. I wanted to cancel my order, but Customer Services can't do that(?) they have to pass on to "Management" to call me back. Customer Services can't even say whether this call back will be same day! DO NOT USE.

Very nice Welly 1:24 diecast models, especially the Pontiac Transam, Mustang Boss 302 and Chevrolet 3100 Pick Up. My orders and queries dealt with very well by the customer service, namely by Sonya, thank you.

Placed order 23/9/20 for a Mosquito and Battle of Britain set, webpage stated in stock, got confirmation email saying delivery 3-5 days. 02/10/20 chased order, told Mosquito not in stock, do I want other item sent. No email to say not in stock, lady on phone quite abrupt and rude. Cancelled order, and she wasn't even bothered.

I received 4 perfect, nicely-packaged models of 50’s era vehicles and love how detailed and accurate they are! They took longer than expected to arrive due to Covid-19 pandemic, and when I emailed to check the status, I received a quick and helpful reply from Michaela, who assured me that they were sent out and would likely be effected by postal and shipping delays. Thank you to Oxford for the excellent quality and great customer service!

Not the most friendly lady on the phone, had a few questions, would interupt and ask what my question is which I was just about to tell her, not very engaging, seemed very very cocky. Didn't have the model I was looking for which is fine, but instead of helping she would ask if it's on the catalogue... To be honest, even if they had it, I would not have bought it from them. There is a thing called customer service, get better at it lady at Oxford Diecast
