“I have had bought 6 round mixed sizes containers. I complaint about poor quality of its lids breaking from lifting handles, three containers are left non used due to this. I have not been even acknowledged about my complaint. OXO is well known product brand in the market, hope customer service listen complaint of their customers and reply.”

Unfortunately i dropped the lead and it broke.
I contacted the company and asked if i could buy a apare lead to replace the broken one rather than buying another spinner.
They were very good and sent me a complete replacement slald spinner free of charge.
I would recommand this company for the quality of their products and for their customer care.”
