“Order in process of being returned. Stitching on button & logo(Ralph Lauren) had been pulled and looked untidy which isn't great for an £80 polo shirt. Only issue with the return is I will lose the postage amount again sending it back.”

“The item I received had no tags, looked worn. I emailed a complaint immediately, got no response. Returned item immediately. Only positive is I got an immediate refund. Still waiting for an apology though.”

“Paid for 2 items took 3 days to tell me 1 item was out of stock offered alternative then told it was out of stock took over a week for my purchase to come and still haven't received a refund for the out of stock item”

“Ordered something, the money was taken from my account then got an email saying it was out of stock and that no payment was taken. Money still not in my account and no goods either. Very disappointed.”

“Ordered online for a bday present because they showed stock and could go quick delivery . They responded a few days later, a day before the bday, to say they didn’t have the item in stock and cancelling the order! Bad service. Will not use again.”

“I was so disappointed as I ordered a pair of navy and a pair of black Paul Smith socks for a Christmas gift, for my father who was about to leave the country. But I was sent 2 of the same colour, 2 in navy, so he has left with half his gift. And I emailed Oxygen but have heard nothing back yet. I appreciate it is a busy time of year and challenging circumstances but I only ordered two items so there should not have been a mistake. Frustrating to have heard nothing back and spent money and received wrong product.”

“The item seemed fine however was not a great fit. Perhaps its worth advertising expensive tops on models as you can guage the look. This was more of an oversized moschino jumper but didnt state in the description. Now wasted money paying for delivery and returns delivery £8 out of pocket!”

“Disappointing. I’m sure the clothes will be fine.....when they arrive. I ordered on the afternoon of August 5th and paid for express delivery. I checked the status on the morning of August 7th and although the package had been received by the local delivery unit there was a message to say it had been returned to sender. After investigating I discovered that - weirdly - the delivery address was a weird mix of the correct delivery address and my billing address. I had to provide my phone number when placing the order and I’m surprised nobody called to clarify the correct address. The order was then re-sent out on the morning of Monday 10th (first class Royal Mail rather than the express courier service I paid for) and as of 5pm on Wednesday 12th I’m yet to receive it. To put this in context I placed an order with Hackett at the same time on Weds 5th, paid the same price for express delivery (£5) and it arrived on the morning of the 7th (despite having been shipped from Barcelona)!”

“Oxygen clothing was recommended to me by one of your loyal customers. I checked your website out and placed an order which you cancelled so I feel a little bit let down. I currently use Mainline who have never cancelled an order on me. I wanted to use Oxygen as I only live in west bridgford so I could always pop in and make a purchase without going online.”

“I ordered 3 items on May 5th. I contacted Oxygen Clothing om May 10th abut the status of my order as I haven't heard from Oxygen Clothing. But they still haven't replied. That is very poor customer service!”
