Unfortunately, we are unable to accept goods back that are counterfeit and not the item that was sent.

“Totally disappointed with this company, I bought a Belstaff brand sweater and I had to pay almost €30 for customs expenses, when at the time of payment I was never warned of possible additional expenses like these, that way I don't I would have bought it, a nasty surprise.”

“Absolute joke of a company £4 delivery and then £4 to refund. Sizing of the item was not clear looked like it was XL when it was 6XL - so it appears as Lacoste size 6 XL.. Will never use again”

“Excellent shoes with excellent service bought some mercer wooster trainers worn them once and the mesh tore both mercer and oxygen done nothing about it. For a 160 quid show really poor quality”
