Long story short, they are scammers. All the positive reviews on this site probably fake, as they all have the hilariously same tone.
I ordered some products based on the premise that they have a 30-day return policy. I sent the package back without even opening the box, to the address the customer service person Jamie gave me. However, two weeks went by and I didn't hear anything, so I contacted Jamie again and she was amazingly rude. Throughout our exchanges she kept calling me a "clown", arguing with me and insisting that they never received the package. I called AusPost and they confirm that they had delivered the package and even sent me a photo of the package being left AT THEIR GARAGE. And when I sent this photo to Jamie, guess what her response was?
She said the image was incorrect. Please take a second to let this sink in. Her excuse was that a photo, a clear photo of the package being RIGHT in their garage, was INCORRECT. As if the delivery driver went home, opened up Adobe Photoshop and digitally manipulated the photo to include the package.
