I bought online over eight months ago. OYSHO dispatched the incorrect item to South Africa. I purchased a few clothing items to the value of R1800. I received Cheap sunglasses . They refused to refund my money. DO NOT SUPPORT OYSHO, THEY ARE FRAUDS AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU !!!!!

The rest of my items were not received, and obtaining a refund for the undelivered order has been a frustrating process with no response to emails.

Horrible company. Fradulent. My order was 126 at checkout. But they subtracted 156$ which was a real fraud. They sent me the wrong product. And when I contacted them they said we can refund only 30% which they didnt. I have reported these fradulent company to relevant authorities. Never trust them and do not buy anything from these theifs.

Horrible company, horrible can't contact them, they don't get to chat. They don't return your emails. They loose your items in mail and don't give your refund. I actually have no idea how they are able to still be in business but I give them a year before they are out of business. Truly, there are so many great clothing companies out there, let's not support this hideous treatment of customer.

Contacted the company as something like this never happened to me and they did not agree to refund.

Since beginning of July I have been calling OYSHO daily to ask for an update as the stuff I ordered are no longer in stock so I am trying to get my money back via refund and they have been nothing but a pain to speak to! Every time I call they tell me that the issue have been passed to a different department to be dealt with and that specific department is not responding.

I asked for a refund for those items, took again one week for them to respond and asked again for pictures and if I tried to wash them.

“Hi sorry we don’t deliver to hotels” I DONT LIVE AT A HOTEL and THEY WILL NOT REFUND THE MISSING PANTS! PIGS!!!! On top of the missing pants a second parcel is meant to come and I asked them to update its tracking and guess what!! They completely ignored that request and not I have to wait “1-2” working days for them to answer when that really means 5.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever purchased from. Both the blazer and the over jacket came with stains on them. I took pictures and sent them to customer service 4 times. They declined the request for a refund. The material OYSHO uses is cheap and it is not worth the price. The customer support is even worse than the disgusting material they use.
