“Customer service is respectful and fairly timely. The band was nice, but I mistakenly ordered the wrong one. There is a $10 returns fee (that they offered to reduce to $7.50 which is not stated under the Returns heading, and so I didn't see it. Very frustrating.”

“Really nice bands in various colour combos. I have a small wrist so all the extra holes are great. The strap that came with my Galaxy 6 was way too big! This was perfect.”
