“On your site it told me the bands are interchangeable for the versa 4 and 3 the 3 band does not fit the versa 4. Very disappointing”

“Customer service is respectful and fairly timely. The band was nice, but I mistakenly ordered the wrong one. There is a $10 returns fee (that they offered to reduce to $7.50 which is not stated under the Returns heading, and so I didn't see it. Very frustrating.”

“Quality is good, but the side without the buckle seems too big and I can’t get it in . Both colours are the same ( white and pink) . Didn’t have the same problem with the grey that I ordered last time .”

“I ordered two different colours with are lovely. But, one of the straps is missing a piece so cannot attach that steal to my Fitbit. Annoyed!!”

“I love my OzStraps but unfortunately I had one that broke after less than four months. You replaced it and now I am hope the new one lasts. I have had those straps before on my FitBits and they have all been fine.”
