“The strap was of good quality, however, it was hard to fit on the Watch. I had to take it to Mr Minit and pay $9.95 to get it fitted. This effectively makes the strap pricier than what you pay when you buy it - but still cheaper than purchase from the Fitbit official store.”

“Service was excellent in timing and delivery. When strap first inspected it was obvious that it would not fit unit. My partner found fitting instructions on the web which indicated that a less than obvious plastic clip needed to be removed. This done, all went well. I suggest a note to that effect be included in the strap package for a 5 point rating.”

“Fantastic and quick delivery and the two straps look great, with good quality. My only problem was fitting them to the watch (a Fitbit Versa). Took a lot of doing; more than it was supposed to.”

“Super fast delivery and amazing price with good communication throughout, I bought 3 bands for my Fenix 5x they fit well, colours are true to the website, currently seem to be slightly stiffer than the original band but may soften after a little more wear. Very happy!!”

“Overall happy with the strap I brought, the only thing is the Velcro pieces do not stick as well as a previous brand i have purchased! If it gets caught on anything the bottom 2-3 come off. Love the colour and it is super comfy on.”
