“They're very good to deal with even with the returns. There was only one instance when the bulbs they sent us were wrong so I had to buy replacements from Bunnings. Other than this, I've had a good experience.”

“We purchased some high quality outdoor lights online from ozlighting after being quoted almost DOUBLE for exactly the same product by a local tradesman. The lights are fantastic, but we did have an issue with one having a defect... ozlighting replaced it and sent a pre-paid envelope for the faulty light to be returned.

“The 30 LED lights I ordered are out of stock, though this was not clear on the website. But the gentleman rang me and explained they will be shipped in a few weeks. I ordered another 8 of a different type but apparently they have to come from Melbourne and I was expecting them but they haven’t arrived. Nevertheless the service seems honest and good.”
