“I purchased a phone from them, fitted a screen cover and found that the phone was faulty- sim reader not working. It was in perfect physical condition. I returned it and they claim it was smashed ( I’m seeing this a lot on their reviews now)
They offered to “pretend I had damage insurance” if I paid them another $209 - presume actually to repair their faulty phone- they claim they never worked on the phone but the screen cover was removed and tape placed over the mic when I received the smashed phone back

“I recently purchased an iphone 7 from OzMobiles Iwas sent a disgusting phone with numerous scatches on the phone certainly not was was advertsied online. The phone was supposed to be a gift for a nephew what a dissapointment after waiting a week to receive the phone i now have to go out to buy another phone.”
