Paid insured delivery for a valuable item. Delivered crushed. Assured for insurance payout after claim "approved" and after 7 emails to "support" NOTHING. My advice DO NOT use thse guys for insured delivery items of value. They have shocking customer service and DO NOT PAY OUT.

I had topped up my account and now my business is non-existent, I asked for a full refund. They have point blankly refused saying they don't do refunds you must book a service! I explained we no longer need deliveries hence the refund request, then they came back with 'you have used your credit for earlier deliveries' which are complete lies. The worst company ever to deal with, never use them - they will Rob you and.let you down.

Multiple experiences in 2020 of P4D taking longer than quoted for - pay for 2-3 days services to Europe and they take 5-6 days and don't always provice tracking and when you seek information it takes days to reply.

didn't know Covid stopped telephones from working!!! No live chat so have sent numerous emails since the 27th April and are still yet to receive a reply - absolutely disgraceful service and the best part is they make you pay up front for a service they don't provide, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Paid to have a pallet collection on Friday they didn’t show emailed Saturday evening to say it will now be Monday I said it’s too late and to cancel which they did but can’t refund me only a credit note which is no good to me how is it my fault they didn’t provide the service I paid for

P4D took my money, then failed to collect. I had to pay a different service, and P4D refuses to refund me

It would be half a star if possible, I have been let down on 4 separate occasions by P4D and the support service is also atrocious, on one occasion I had to contact them 3 DAYS after they were supposed to deliver our pallet.

Leave well alone. Failed to arrange an uplift on the agreed day, then arranged one for a week later. Since then have been fraudulently trying to charge me for an uplift that was cancelled by the pallet company. And then they do not answer emails or phone calls. I hope the company goes bankrupt because the customer service is truly awful.

STOP DON'T USE THE P4D COMPANY IS AWFUL ✋ . P4D spoilt all my goods, charged me exra money, keep my goods for no reason or update up me till now. 2to3 working days delivery change to 2 weeks without any updating. Very bad service bad communication no phone call direct line. Bad Badder baddest 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎not even deserve O star.
